Claire Boyce is a fine artist, poet, author, performer, and healer originally from Boulder, Colorado. Born with an inherent passion for the arts, she studied drawing, painting, and sculpture in Colorado at the Art Student’s League of Denver starting in 2007 – after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Anthropology and Biology. Claire had the privilege of learning from accomplished artists such as Quang Ho, Daniel Sprick, Molly Davis, Jeff Wenzel, and Yenni Tawahadi.
Claire’s passion for learning and teaching art prompted her to start a career as an art teacher for children and adults. In 2012, Claire established The One Who Sees Clearly Arts, a business dedicated to bringing creativity, self-expression, and beauty into the world both through her own art and writing and through her work as a teacher and mentor to other artists. She currently serves her community teaching art and poetry workshops to underserved populations such as unhoused individuals, dementia patients, and at-risk youth.
In Service of ARTists
Vital Spaces supports local, emerging & BIPOC artists and is inclusive of artists of all ages, religious beliefs, sexual orientations, and countries of origin. By providing affordable space, we provide venues for artists who might not otherwise know one another to come together in community and collaboration. We work to share this collaborative energy with the broader Santa Fe public through our programming.
